Carmichael College is the first International Residential College in Handong University founded in 2013. The motto of the Carmichael family is “ToujourPrest” which means “Always Ready.” Thus, we seek, by God’s grace, to be “always ready” to listen, learn, grow and serve together.

She served in India for 55 years without furlough. During her time she wrote many books about her experiences and missionary work in India. She dedicated her life to Jesus Christ, ministering to the children of India. She lived a life that demonstrated a committed heart of service and sacrifice for Christ.
